What is InnRow?
InnRow is booking and front-desk software for homestays, guest houses, villas and small hotels with 1 to 25 rooms. It puts every booking on one calendar, locks each room night by night so it can't be sold twice, syncs calendars with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and MakeMyTrip, and handles check-in, GST invoices and payments from your phone.
How does InnRow stop double bookings?
Every room has one record per night. When a booking is saved, those nights are locked, and the system refuses a second booking for the same room and night, even if two staff press save at the same moment. Bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com and other sites arrive through calendar sync, usually within about 15 minutes, and InnRow shows a red alert if one ever clashes.
How much does InnRow cost?
Homestay is ₹599 a month for up to 6 rooms, Hotel is ₹1,499 a month for up to 25 rooms, and Manager is ₹399 per property a month. Prices exclude GST. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
Does InnRow work with Airbnb, Booking.com and MakeMyTrip?
Yes. InnRow connects to Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia and Vrbo through calendar (iCal) sync, so dates you sell in one place close on the others. Prices and room details stay in each site's own extranet.
Is InnRow made for Indian homestays?
Yes. It was first built for a homestay in Kerala. It makes GST invoices with the 5% and 18% room slabs, reminds you to file Form C for foreign guests within 24 hours, stores guest ID photos, and tracks UPI and cash payments.
